7 Days –Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Day 1: Meet and greet at Entebbe international Airport – Transfer to Your Hotel
Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport where your Uganda Adventure Safari starts by our representative who will warmly welcome you and facilitate seamless arrival formalities. Your will then be transferred to your hotel where you will be briefed about your adventure safari.
Depending on the time of arrival you are advised to have money Changed on this day and time allowing you may go for city tour with the help of our driver/guide, visit the shopping Malls around town and craft villages to get items which you may need while in upcountry .

Day 2: Domestic Flight Transfer to Kisoro Airstrip – Road Transfer to the Lodge
After early Morning Breakfast, transfer to the Airstrip for your domestic flight transfer to Kisoro Airstrip where you will meet and greet with another representative to transfer you to the lodge. You will reach early for lunch at the Lodge.

Day 3: Gorilla Tracking Experience
After an early breakfast, depart for a briefing on your gorilla trekking adventure. Led by experienced trackers, you'll hike the slopes of the volcanoes, starting from the previous day's gorilla encounter site. While physically demanding, the trek is filled with anticipation and the beauty of the forest. The highlight is encountering the gentle gorillas in their natural habitat, where you can observe them eating, resting, playing, and bonding. You’ll spend one hour with the gorillas before returning to your lodge.

Day 4: Guided Batwa Pygmy Trail
After breakfast, Proceed for a Batwa pygmy trail Experience– here we shall experience the culture of the ancient Batwa People who live in these forests, See the forest through the eyes of the first People who have lived here for over 500,000 years! Experience the lives of the Batwa People on the Interactive Batwa Trail and learn more about their hunting tricks, blacksmith, making of fire from sticks, herbal collections, weaving of Baskets, making bamboo cups, clothing beyond this generation among other interesting thrilling activities. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Guided Volcano Climbing
Today, hike the summits of Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, including Muhavura, the highest peak. Enjoy breathtaking views of Rwanda, Congo, the Rift Valley, and Bwindi. The trails pass through forests and bamboo groves, with unique Giant Lobelias and groundsels. At 4,127m, the summit offers panoramic views and a crater lake. Mount Gahinga, the smallest peak, features a lush, swamp-filled crater. Sabinyo’s jagged peaks offer the rare experience of standing in three countries (Uganda, Rwanda, and DR Congo) at once.

Day 6: Guided Golden Monkey Tracking – Transfer to Magical Bunyonyi
Have Breakfast and enjoy golden monkey tracking and like the gorillas, contact with these rare primates is limited to an hour though you will have a chance to follow the striking orange coated monkey in the company of ranger guides. After an early lunch, transfer to lake Bunyonyi which has breathtaking scenery. Spend the night overlooking Uganda deepest lake, where you may try your hand at paddling at dugout canoe, or eating fresh water crayfish.

Day 7: Road Transfer to Entebbe with a stopover at the Royal Drum factory and Equator.
After Breakfast, transfer to Entebbe with a stopover at the Equator for water experience, here you will too have an opportunity to stand in 2 hemispheres at the same time. Take some photos, then another stop over at the Mpigi Royal Drum Makers where you will be able to watch the ceremonial drums being crafted using methods passed down through the generations arriving in the afternoon.
