3 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You'll be picked up from your accommodation or the airport and begin your scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The journey takes about 6-7 hours, offering views of Uganda's landscapes and villages. Upon arrival, check in to your lodge and relax. Optional evening activity includes a game drive or boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel to spot wildlife.

Day 2: Travel to Fort Portal/ Kibale Forest

Queen Elizabeth National Park's diverse ecosystem, featuring plains, forests, rivers, lakes, and volcanic craters, is home to a rich variety of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning game drive with views of the Rwenzori Mountains, spotting animals like lions, leopards, elephants, and more. After a hot lunch, embark on a 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, known for its high concentration of hippos. The cruise offers great opportunities for photography, bird watching, and wildlife sightings, with over 550 bird species in the area.

Day 3: 18th Aug 2019: Transfer back to Kampala

After Breakfast, transfer to Kampala with a stopover at the Equator for water experience, here you will too have an opportunity to stand in 2 hemispheres at the same time. Take some photos, then another stop over at the Mpigi Royal Drum Makers where you will be able to watch the ceremonial drums being crafted using methods passed down through the generations arriving in the afternoon.

Transfer Back home or be transferred to your Hotel.
