Experience the excitement of close encounters with Africa's mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable and Mgahinga Gorilla National Parks. Bwindi, located in southwestern Uganda, is home to nearly 459 gorillas, half of the world’s population, amidst misty hills and ancient rainforests. It also shelters diverse wildlife, including baboons, elephants, and over 350 bird species. Mgahinga, a smaller park, offers sightings of gorillas and other species like golden monkeys, elephants, and leopards, along with around 115 bird species, including the vibrant Rwenzori turaco.
